Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
House consider the Senate message (page 3773) on the following at

Native housing authorities; relating to the reinstatement of Native            
corporations; and providing for an effective date."

"An Act relating to the reinstatement of Native corporations; and             
providing for an effective date."

Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate                
amendment to CSHB 471(CRA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 471(CRA),                   
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                     
                                                                               
Representative Porter placed a call of the House and lifted the call.
